Information we create during service. As part of our quality and guarantee process, we take before-and-after photos of your vehicle. We remove or avoid capturing license plates, VINs, and identifying personal items when we use any photo for marketing.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we or our service providers may automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. This helps the site function and helps us understand how it is used.

Information from third parties. If you book or pay through a tool we use (such as Square), that provider shares with us the information needed to complete and record your booking and payment.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Schedule, prepare for, and perform your detailing service
• Process payments and keep records of transactions
• Communicate with you about bookings, changes, and questions
• Contact you before your membership term ends to ask whether you would like to renew or upgrade (we do not auto-renew memberships)
• Handle satisfaction guarantee and damage claims, including reviewing photos
• Send you marketing or promotional messages, where you have not opted out
• Protect our business, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal and tax obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers. We share information with companies that help us operate, including Square (payment processing), our website host, our email provider, and any scheduling or analytics tools we use. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Elevation Detailing, our customers, or others.
• Business transfer. If our business is sold or reorganized, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.
